The ceremony took place in the auditorium of the Central Bank in Santa Marta, on July 18, 2009.

We welcomed two boys and two girls for a total of four new students.  They are: Alfredo Castro a student of psychology, Yeiner Guerrero, engineering, Dilia Suarez, teacher of computer systems,  and Claudia Amaya, veterinary.  This addition brings the total to twenty students in the second semester of 2009. 

Children of Paso a Paso and MFI performed and parents were reminded of their commitment to support and help their children´s education.

MFI students who work with children and communities reported on their progress and accomplishments.

The program concluded with performances of dances and songs.
